Su sabor y color ambor se deben a las flores de los huertos de la región: Anacahuita es la flor representativa de Nuevo León flor de Pegaropa, árbol tenaza, cotillo, cenizo lila, naranjas agrias. Árbol chapotee blanco y negro, flor amarilla de parras, flor de palma.
